Q7. Why do I need to tag in if the door is already up?

tagging in dis-alarms your unit and the common area. If you don't tag in, opening your unit will set off the alarm; and when the person who opened the door leave, simply being there will set off the alarms.

Q1. How can I find out how much it will cost to store my furniture?

We'll give you an Automatic Payment form when you sign up for your key

Q3. Do I get a refund if I take my stuff out part way through a month? Yes, providing payments are up to date.

Q4. How secure is my stuff?

Every unit is individually alarmed and padlocked. We also have surveillance cameras and twice nightly patrols.

Q5. Can I have access to my unit outside office hours?

You certainly can! You have 24/7 access to your unit.

Q6. Who else has access to my store?

Only the key holder.

Q8. Why do I have to tag out if the door is already up?

Tagging out alarms your unit and the common area. If you don't tag out the alarm in your unit will not be set and our records will show that you are still in the unit.

Q9. What do I do if the alarms go off?

between 9 - 5 Mon - Tues and 9 - 1 Saturday there will be staff on site that can sort out any alarms. Outside of these hours the alarms ring at the on-call manager's home. They are able to see who caused the alarm to go off. An after hour call out incurs a fee of $60.00.
